The five or seven course tasting menus with wine pairings is out of this world. Jeremy Lamb is extremely well-versed in wine pairings and selections and the Bluestem wine cellar is very well stocked. The restaurant is intimate so it would be wise to make reservations in advance. In our opinion, if there were more stars in the rating section, we'd double the number of stars!! "

We went to Bluestem for the first time to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. What a dynamite choice! The setting was elegant and romantic. Their menu is all fixed price which is really fun so you don't feel you're nit-picking what you order. The service was out of this world. As for the food, there were some dishes we enjoyed more than others but would definitely go back! "

"This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. We had the 5 course sampling with wine pairings. The food was delicious and excellently prepared and paired excellently with the wine with every course. The atmosphere is inviting and surprisingly unpretentious for a restaurant of this caliber.
