Granny's makes old fashion pan fried chicken just like it should be. Home made cinnamon rolls, biscuits and honey butter come with every dinner, as well as salad, potatoes and green beans served family style. Featuring wines by the glass and premium scotches, and on Wednesday through Saturday nights, live entertainment by some of Kansas City 's top musicians.

Not to mention there were 8 in our party and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We always know we get the taste and feeling of a home cooked meal when we go to Granny's Chicken Ranch. "
"Went to Granny's with a friend rather late on a Saturday night; very fast, friendly service, fantastic food served family style so there was plenty. Everything was hot, nothing reheated as so often happens at the end of the day. The food was so good we even decided to have dessert; something neither of us does often. I had the peach cobber...yummy! We both will return, and bring others with us! "
