Peter Grunauer, executive chef, his son Nicholas, and daughter Elisabeth opened Grunauer in May of 2010. Peter is from Austria and his brother and sister still run their family restaurant in the Neubau region of Vienna. The menu offers simple straight-forward, and affordable cuisine high-lighting some of the best cuisine Central Europe has to offer.
