" The salmon steak I had with the spinach salad was the best I have ever had. Jack Stack barbecue is our favorite barbecue restaurant of all the Kansas City barbecues. We especially like the downtown location in the historic building. |

" This is one of our son's favorite restaurants to go to with family and friends. The ribs, burnt ends, sausage, salmon, trout, and chicken were delicious. Our server was great and took good care of all of us. We have already planned to go back again this week. |

" I have never found any wings better than at Jack Stack's.....this is the place my husband and I love to go on our special occasions. If we tell family we are going out to eat we usually don't have to tell them where. We always have to order the wings which always come with three different kinds of barbeque sauce....very yummy a little messy, but again always worth it!" |

"We are never disappointed by the food. The ribs were spectacular, falling off the bone and tender. The brisket is the best in town! The beans are nearly in an orbit of their own, with their juicy bits of brisket. The rack and a half of onion rings succulently presented as an appetizer is just about heaven. We always take our out of town guests and our clients to Jack Stack. There is NO other BBQ worth the wait.
