JJ's is located just west of the Country Club Plaza on 48th St. and has been locally owned and operated by restaurateur Jimmy Frantze for over 25 years. Rated by the Zagat Survey as one of Kansas City's top restaurants, JJ's is committed to serving only the highest quality food prepared with fresh, local, organically-grown ingredients.
JJ's is known for its thick Kansas City steaks, fresh seafood and daily pasta specials.
JJ's wine list has been named as "one of the best wine lists in the world" by the Wine Spectator. There are over 1800 selections and a cellar of 40,000 bottles to choose from.

 The Saber Room is ideal for up to 50 guests for private dining, or 75 for buffets and cocktail parties. It provides a comfortable atmosphere, with original art and wine racks accenting the room. Your guests will be attended to with outstanding service, and, of course, exceptional JJs cuisine. The Saber Room derives its name from Jimmy Frantze's membership in Moet & Chandon's elite Club des Sabreurs.
