The taste of Argentina is very American Midwestern. The foods of its capital city, Buenos Aires, are grilled meats, seafood, fresh salads and vegetables. Argentinean dining is very cosmopolitan with a touch of Spanish, Italian, French and other ethnic foods.

 The food is simple, not particularly spicy, yet flavorful. Strongly European in background and culture, Argentineans enjoy dining in a generally relaxed atmosphere where conversation and gracious dining go hand-in-hand.

Piropos Restaurant, on the hill in Briarcliff and down-town Parkville, offers a unique view, warm atmosphere and fresh foods prepared in the Argentinean style.

Piropos is available for customized on and off-site customized events from 8-200. Please contact our wedding and private dining coordinator Rachel Thompson at (816) 210-6424 for more information. Private dining is available 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

"This is hard for me to say, as we've hit most of the major restaurants in KC, but Piropos was the best experience we've had so far. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared perfectly, beautifully presented, and plentiful. The service was beyond my expectations, and our waiter, Fred, treated us like we were royalty. I would go back with a group, on an intimate date, or for lunch. I cannot express how pleased we were, completely. "
