Starker's is open to the public and offers private dining rooms for many special functions. Guests are treated to an unmatched dining experience of seasonal, contemporary American cuisine in an atmosphere of elegance, sophistication and intimacy. Chef / Owner John McClure is passionate about food and wine. His enthusiasm for uncompromising flavors is harmonized by the restaurants soothing glamour and a wine list deep enough to satisfy any connoisseur. With a current inventory of approximately 1,665 styles of wine and a bottle count reaching 12,000, Starker's has maintained Wine Spectators Grand Award for wine lists since 1992, a prestigious award currently given to only 88 restaurants around the world. Chef John is committed to crafting a menu that compliments the restaurants wine offerings by seeking the best products and freshest ingredients from its local, regional and international growers to fashion his beautiful presentations and flavorful dishes.
