Zest will try to be all things to all customers with an “international, eclectic, upscale comfort food with a twist” menu that will let parents order caviar, rack of lamb or even meatloaf made with veal and exotic mushrooms while their children can choose hot dogs or even traditional meatloaf.
The operation also will stock at least 250 wines and customers’ favorite drinks even if that’s a low-brow beer or wine. “We’re targeting a range of consumers, and there has been a huge resurgence of comfort food,” DiGiovanni said. “But we want the foodies to have a good time, too.”

"Ordered the recommended meatloaf and the Mac & cheese. Both were excellent. Wait staff excelled. Lose the guy singing with the guitar on a Wed at 5:00. Maybe on the weekend evening but he was TOO loud to hear a conversation across a table. BIG negative there. Would like to go back to try the artichoke dip! "

"The waiter was a bit slow, but he was sort of OCD about everything, so it was fine. The food was excellent, although the menu was rather limited with high fat, high calorie foods, but that was obvious from looking at the menu in advance. "
