Valentines Day Feb 14th 2017: We arrived fifteen minutes prior to our 8:30 reservation went to lounge and ordered drinks while waiting. Table next to us ordered drinks and chocolate bag five minutes after us yet they were served several minutes before us. We were seated, after paying our bar bill, in a small semi-circle area in a middle table. The other servers in the area kept bumping my chair, never received an apology. We noticed that everyone had a basket of bread, we did not, nor did we ever get any bread. My wife only had a knife, no forks to eat with, fortunately I had two forks and let her have one. We started with a bottle of Riesling which was nice and the Calamari “Fritto Misto”, it was slightly overcooked so the lower half was rubbery. I ordered the Blackened Mahi Mahi with Andouille Mashed potatoes and spinach. My wife ordered the Wild Isles Organic Salmon that came with beets, onions and asparagus. Our server asked if we wanted that grilled. Our mistake for saying yes. Our server took the appetizer and boxed it for us. I had moved my chair so that I was out of the way (or I thought) of the servers who kept bumping me. Except now the servers back end was in my face when they worked the table next to us. Our server brought back the appetizer all boxed up and in a bag and placed it on the table between my wife and I while were talking, even though there was plenty of space on the other side of the table. At long last our main entrée arrived. We were served a grilled unseasoned fish stick on what tasted like instant potatoes. Both of us. I had to go find a manager to get our order corrected to what we wanted. They took away the questionable plates and silverware. My chair was still getting bumped by servers with no apologies. When the correct food arrived, an hour and half after we arrived, we had no silverware to eat with, at this point I was upset and longer had an appetite for this place and wanted to leave. We paid our $127 bill without eating a bite and left at 10pm. We were not offered any compensation by either of the managers that were on duty. Even a free dessert would have helped me feel like they were concerned. As it is, they lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from their restaurant. $127 for carry out that is sitting in our fridge untouched.
Great food. However last time that I went it took 30-40 min before a sever in the bar area acknowledgacknowledged us. It was slow even.

So cool! I am a fairly new "fish eater" and we went to McCormick & Schmick's. It was awesome. I love their shrimp and scallop. They are a great place to get my feet wet in learning about fish. I can't wait to go back. All I want to do is eat fish now! Thank you for offering so many cool places to eat.
The waiter was extremely friendly. He never let my drink go below half full and always made sure we had what we wanted. The rainbow trout dish tasted fresh and was spectacular...cooked to perfection! They also have the best garlic mashed potatoes I've tasted in my life. And of course we got the chocolate bag, the most delicious dessert ever invented. The atmosphere is friendly but professional. I have never left unsatisfied. I love this place!
