Fogo de Chao
Fogo de Chao is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse (Churrascaria) that has been setting the standard in Brazil for the past 36 years. The menu includes a wealth of savory, fire-roasted meats carved tableside by Brazilian trained gaucho chefs, including house specialties like Picanha (signature sirloin), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin) Cordeiro (lamb) and more. Each experience starts at the gourmet Market Table & Feijoada Bar featuring seasonal salads, fresh vegetables, feijoada (traditional black bean stew served over rice), soups and more. In addition to the main dishes, enjoy a variety of traditional Brazilian side dishes such as the world famous pao de queijo (warm cheese bread) served tableside. To further complement the dining experience, the restaurant offers an award-winning wine list, tempting dessert menu, and creative and classic cocktails. Guests can also choose to enjoy lighter seafood selections or enjoy the gourmet Market Table only option.Menus

Food: 4 stars Service: 4 stars (I would give them 5 star if I could)! We dine at Fogo once or twice a year for special occasions. We love the gourmet salad bar, the meat selection, and especially the great service! Come hungry!

The salad buffet is excellent and the variety of grilled meats is also excellent. There are also many marvelous desserts to choose from. The dinner price is a bit steep, especially for people who tend to eat a light dinner. The lunch price is more reasonable; we wish they would be open for lunch on weekends.

This restaurant deserves 100 stars! Where can you get high quality meat at this price? The salad bar alone is worth the price. Then there's the staff; friendly, tentative, and remembers how done we like our meat. We have recruited many newbies to Fogo.
